2K high build acrylic primer. 4:1 mixing ratio with H 725 Hardener for Primers FAST / SLOW or H 729 Hardener for Primers NORMAL. Ideal adhesion to unsanded OEM panels. Compatible with all paints systems.

1K direct to all metals anticorrosive primer. Overpainted with all paint systems. Suitable for application over all metal surfaces (galvanized, aluminium, stainless steel, bare metal, chrome). Suitable for “wet-on-wet: application over brand new panels where filler has not been applied. When using over old paint, P 961 can be used as a filling primer that have to be sanded before painting. Adheres nicely to non sanded surfaces and can be painted over with all paint systems.

Fast drying 1K Epoxy Primer. Suitable for all metal substrates as galvanized, stainless, aluminium, bare metal and OEM (E-COAT). It has mild anticorrosive properties, excellent coverage and can be overpainted with all HB BODY Paint Systems.

Fast drying 1K filling primer suitable for all kinds of paints (synthetic – single coat or base coat). Apply in thin layers (1,3 – 1,8mm) over sanded areas only. 4:1 mixing ratio with 740 Acryl Normal Thinner (Reducer). Can be sanded within 10 – 30min.

C894 Clear Ultra HS is an ultra high build clear coat with excellent levelling, fast hardening and superior high gloss retaining. This product is suitable for all top quality full and partial refinishes. C894 Clear Coat is a more environmentally friendly product because of its high solid content. Has superior coverage, only one and a half coats, a far more cost saving solution. Mix at a ratio of 2:1 with Hardener for Topcoats H 735 FAST / H 734 NORMAL / H 733 SLOW. Curing time is 25 – 40 minutes at 60°C (140°F) depending the hardener.

2K acrylic 2:1 quick drying Ultra HS clear coat, suitable for full and partial refinishes. Use with Hardeners Ultra HS H 737 SLOW or H 738 NORMAL. Force drying is only 5 min. in 60°C (140°F).

C499 Clear HS SR 2:1 is a 2K acrylic crystal clear, scratch resistant and high gloss clear coat. Due to its high build, excellent levelling and high gloss this product is suitable for all top quality full and partial (spot panel) refinishes. Mix at a ratio of 2:1 with Hardener for Topcoats H 752 SLOW / H 753 NORMAL / H 754 FAST and up to 20% 740 Acryl Normal Thinner / 741 Acryl Slow Thinner (Reducer). Curing time is 10 – 30 minutes at 60ºC depending the hardener.

C493 Matt Clear HS 2:1 is a high quality clear coat designed to give a perfect matt finish for full and partial refinishes. Gives an excellent smooth surface and it is easy to handle. Has very good properties in weather and chemicals resistance and it is fast drying. Mix at a ratio of 2:1 with H 753 Hardener for Topcoats NORMAL.

A 2K HS Clear Coat, with excellent leveling and high gloss, long lasting protection. Easy to apply due to its high viscosity formula. Fast hardening properties for spot panel and full automotive repairs. Use with BODY 620 Hardener or Hardeners for Topcoats H 752 SLOW, H 753 NORMAL & H 754 FAST.

Body 691 Clear SR is a 2K Ultra HS Clear Coat with excellent leveling, high gloss and long lasting protection. Easy to apply for all types of refinish i.e, partial – full and spot repair. Mixing ratio is 2:1 with Hardener for Topcoats H 752 SLOW / H 753 NORMAL / H 754 FAST. Can be diluted up to 20% with 740 Acryl NORMAL / 741 Acryl SLOW / 742 Acryl EXTRA SLOW Thinner (Reducer).

Silicon Alu Paint is a special, silicon-based paint with aluminium, for the coating of metallic surfaces exposed to high temperatures. It has excellent thermal resistance up to 600°C (1112°F). It can be used to paint heated objects such as stoves, barbecue grills, fireplace external panels, exhaust tubes, etc. Also suitable for industrial applications where resistance to high temperatures is required. It can be applied by spray gun, roller or brush. Available in a semi-gloss dark grey metallic shade.

Fast drying metallic base coat. Use as 2:1 mixing ratio with 740 Acryl NORMAL Thinner / 741 Acryl SLOW Thinner (reducer). Apply in three coats for a smooth surface. It can be applied either on earlier layers of paint or on primer treated surfaces that have subsequently been sanded (sanding paper P600-1200). After 10 – 15 minutes drying HB BODY Clear coats can be applied. Available in various standard shades.

A high quality machine polishing compound coarse suitable for the removal sanding scratches from P1500 and anything finer. Also suitable for the removal of car wash scratches and for the removal of orange peel giving a deep and lasting shine. A high quality medium – fine machine polishing compound. 806 Power polish is the second step polish required in the process and compliments the 805 Super cut. 806 Power polish removes and cleans any imperfections and fine sanding lines without leaving any compound swirl. A high quality fine polishing compound. 807 Seal polish is the final polish required in the process of polishing. With one step you polish and seal permanently. Silicone-free. Removes small surface imperfections, gives a perfect hologram free finish and a water repellent effect. Can be used with HB yellow polishing pad or HB waffle polishing pad.

A high performance one step polishing compound that can be used to cut and polish at the same time. It eliminates deep sanding marks and scratches from P1500 without burning in during high intensity, while it completes the polishing with a permanent hologram-free mirror finish. Special formula with new technology abrasives that can cut and polish all modern types of topcoats. Silicon-free.

A waterborne paste used for lightly sanding old paintwork prior to painting, providing adhesion for the new coat of paint. Silicone and ammonia free. It can be used in place of the usual wet or dry sanding paper. It is applied with wet sponge or non woven pad.

Anti-slip Additive is a supplementary product of the 955 Tough Liner series. Add a bottle dose of 120g in 800ml of ready mixed 955 Tough Liner. Apply the coarse texture with UBS gun for the maximum anti-slip effect. The use of Anti-Slip Additive gives an anti-slip effect in accordance with EN 13036-4 (BS 7976-2).

Special agent developed for reducing the gloss of 1K or 2K paints and clear coats. Add 20 – 50% depending on the level of gloss required. After adding the matting agent, less thinner (reducer) is required.

Special additive for flexing of 2K systems i.e. 2K Primers, 2K Paints or 2K Clear coats. Flexing all the above is absolutely necessary for painting elastic parts of the car (bumpers, spoilers etc). Add 5% by volume to the 2K Primers and 10-15% by volume to 2K Paints and Clear coats, after the hardener is added according to the instructions of the 2K product.

Additive suitable for the prevention and confrontation of silicon craters. Use 10ml of 804 Anti Silicone (one cap approx.) for every 500ml of ready-to-spray mixed paint. The mix must be applied in two light coats over the craters until they disappear. After adding 804 Anti Silicone to the paint mix ensure that is mixed well. Apply the Paint / Additive mixture with a spray gun.

Two component Epoxy primer, suitable for use above and below the waterline.
